time between last drink/arrest and breath test too short? technical defence?

I was arrested @ 23:00 and had my last swig of lager just before. (yes, in the car. I am an idiot)

My evidential breath test of 67 microgrammes was taken @ 23:16:18. Should there not at least be 20 min of time between last drink and evidential breath test?

Any chance of a technical defence?

Potentially yes.
However, you will have to rely on forensic evidence to prove your defence.
