i hope you can help - we have a pre trial review on wednesday for drink driving (42 was the level) is there any mitigation I can use? I was driving to go exercising in the morningafter having a few drinks the night before? I pleaded not guity at first but now want to plead guilty?

It is impossible to advise you on what mitigation to put forward without considering the evidence in your case and taking full instructions from you.

Why do you want to change your plea to guilty? At the very least you should ask for credit for pleading guilty - although it is only likely to be an aware of 10% credit at this late stage in proceedings.

If you have blown 42 then your sentence will be the same whether you have pleaded guilty or were found guilty after trial.
