Dear Sean/Joyce,
2 years 5 month ago i recieved a 5 year ban as it was my 2nd in a short space of time. I wish to know if possible when i can re apply as now a job offer rests on this and i have been for fife constabulary recognised alcohol councelling.
Basically when i can re apply, if the councelling is something i should utilise if i go to court for it early and any recommendations as to lawyers in Scotland and if poss how first to proceed?
Your help would be greatfully appreciated
