You really need to consult someone for advice as you'll end up going to court and getting the max possible sentence that is stipulated within their guidelines for your BAC reading and failing to provide.

If you are convicted for failing to provide a specimen for analysis you will be classed as a high risk offender and you will have to take and pass a DVLA medical before a new driving licence will be issued to you once your driving ban has expired.
