In a nutshell, 5 years ago I was "mapped" from my old position as Supervisor to Manager due to a restructure in my department. At the time, I did not want to do the job, but was told that I either did it or left. Now, 5 years down the line I am being made redundant from the position that I never wanted to do in the first place, due to another restructure! Have I a leg to stand on anywhere from a legal point of view?
