hi i have bin charged for drink drivin my blood was 87 just wondering what you think i will get also my husband is in the army so my little boy and i are living away from all my friends and family and he is away alot at the moment training for afgan and he goes in october do you they would consider makin my ban shorter because of this is there much point gettin a solicitor to put this point accross because i really cant afford one?

its my 1st offence, oh and i have also lost my liscence so i have applied for a new one but it wont be here in time as im in court on monday!

At that level of alcohol in blood you will almost certainly get a 12 month ban which could be reduced to 9 months if you do the drink drive rehab course. Unless there are Special Reasons then nothing you say can reduce the ban any further. You should also expect a fine commensurate with your income.
