hi im worndering if you could help. i was repoted o tuesday for being drunk in a parked car in a carpark. when the police turned up i was behind the wheel with the acr running, i was breathalised adn blew 53 so was arrested. when at the station i was breathalised on the mehine 4 times but with each attemp being aborted but the longest only being 1.2 seconds long. now i have read on-line that if the mouth peice has not been fitted properly can cause the mechine not to give a true reading. i then ofefred to give a blood sample but was refused. when in interview i admittedto driving the car to the carpark after being to a wake where i had drank 1 and a half pints of stella over a 2 and a half hour period. now i am not the biggest of blokes which doest help but i have been taking asprin an paracetomol for the past few days due to tooth ake however i did forget to mention this in interview.
after hearin this wot do you think the outcome will be if i pleed not guilty adn try to fight this in court?
