Sizzler,

Any sentence is dependent on the level of alcohol recorded in your blood. Crashing your car is an aggravating feature that the Court will take into account on sentencing as is evidence of poor/unacceptable driving.

I would encourage you to get your own blood specimen analysed so that you have an idea of what the likely reading will be at the police station.
