Extended driving test question.pls help

I was ordered to take an extended driving test in 1999, i am only now going to go for my test in a few weeks.

My question is do i still have to take an extended driving test or do the become spent after so long.

Can't find answer to this q anywhere..:confused:

Unfortunately you will be unable to obtain a licence without taking and passing your extended retest. The Court ordered that you be disqualified until an extended test be successfully completed. This order remains applicable to you even if it dates back to 1999.
 
But my disqualification ended in 2003, if this makes any difference.

Also is their anyway to appeal after this lengh of time and not haveing any other convictions since 1999.
 
As stated before you will be unable to obtain a licence without taking and passing your extended retest. In terms of any appeal, there is a strict 21 days limit to appeal against a sentence. As the sentence imposed was 10 or so years ago you are out of time to lodge an appeal.
