Hi,
At 11pm on friday i made a silly decision to pick up a mate after i had been drinking (even though i never had much to drink at all) on my way back from picking up my mate i was stopped by police for a ‘routine check’ and provided them with my licence, insurance checks etc. Officer then asked me if i had been drinking which i replied to ‘yes, but not enough to be concerned about’ i was then given a breath test which came up to 42. I was then arrested and further tested at the station which i then scored 40. Thereafter i was released on bail an hour or so later and told to attend court on the 31st of this month.
Im a 22 year old going into my final year of university. Never been arrested in my life before friday.
What is the best and worst case scenario i should be expecting?
Thanks for your time.
