1st drink driving charge

I’ve just been charged with drink driving- blew 77 - I’d just found my husband with another woman and my was in a complete state! my question is that I’m the only person bringing an income into the house with a mortgage and if I lose my licence I won’t be able to get to work and as it’s only my income coming into the house is this something that would be taken into account when magistrates decide on ban?
