 Caught driving under DUI suspension in PA Hello all, Saturday I was caught driving under DUI suspension here in the fine state of Pennsylvania..I rcvd my first and only DUI 2 yrs ago. When i rcvd my DUI i was under suspension due to my immaturity of street racing back in 2005. Now July 4th I turned at a dont turn on red intersection and got caught. I am a little concerned about receiving jailtime. I am curious if anyone has also been in this position and what the outcome maybe. All input and replies will be appreciated. thank you Dustin      |
