Hello,
Just got my charge for driving with 3.5micrograms THC per litre blood. The limit is 2. I asked lawyer how much it will cost and he said that if I plead guilty it will be 600-700£ , if not - more then 1000£. From what I read those cases are straight forward , there is no much the attorney can do, so do I need one if I am gonna just plead guilty. This is my first motor offence at all. Can i say that my girl is pregnant and we both will rely much on the car , so they could be more merciful? Is there any point to spend 1000£ for a lawyer if he cant really help at this case? Please any advice will be appreciated.
