who to address a letter to in court

hi , i'm in magistrates court tomorrow , who to i address my letter to the magistrate to , want to use the correct term plaese

If you mean the envelope, then put 'to the Magistrates, Xxxxx court' but you don't really need an envelope, simply hand the letter to the legal advisor when you are asked what you would like to say about the offence. The letter should start "your Worships, "
