results from medichecks

Hi all i recently posted on here about my concerns about the DVLA medical, (see licence revoked) I've just received my results from medichecks and its come back as 0.8% I was abstinent for 27 days before the test. I'd like to know how reliable they are, I'm sending the D1 and DR1 in to the DVLA tomorrow

From what I've read, Medichecks is pretty reliable but I haven't used them. Even if there are slight variances in the results that they report back to you, compared to the results from the lab or labs that dvla use, 0.8% is low. So even with a variance of +/- 10% you would still be ok. Just continue to abstain from drinking and you'll be ok.
