When can I drive?

Hello all,

I received my driving license application from DVLA a few weeks ago which stated that my disqualification expires on midnight on the 01/10/2016 which I understand as 01/10/2016 at 00:00 however I received my driving license and the issue date is 02/10/2016.

Can someone please help with date I can drive please?

Your driving disqualification ends on 01/10/2016 at midnight. You are no longer disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence as of 02/10/2016, hence the issue date of 02/10/2016.

The DVLA has issued you a licence to drive from 02/10/2016. You can drive anytime from 00:01 on 02/10/2016.
