I had a friend who was given a date 3 months after he phoned to book it, and yet I hear people on here say 3 weeks after they phone up to book it.
Can anyone let me know what the typical wait in N.I. is? I don't want to book it too soon as I want to give up for a good while before having the liver function test - but neither do I want to needlessly delay my return to the roads!
And is it only once I send in my licence application, that they will tell me to "ring this number and book a medical"?
