Likely Ban Time?

So the reading was 171 in blood following an accident with no other party involved. I just wondered if anyone would know the likely ban. It's a first offence so hoping to be able to do the rehabilitation course and get 25% reduced off ban. I looked at sentencing guidelines which say 16-22 months. I've read as there was an accident the court may increase the ban. Any ideas or tips would be really welcome.Thanks. We're in Scotland so not sure if that makes it any different though the old DD thresholds apply as the accident was before the DD limit changed on 5 Dec.

now I've read that the sentencing guidelines are really just for England and Wales, not Scotland. In reality the ban could be much longer.

RALS - How did you get on?

I've been reading anything and everything currently on-line and not really found much on the current Scotland thresholds since the change in December. I know a ban is eminent just want to be realistic so I can start to come to terms with it all.
