Licence application fee

I'm due to apply for my licence in a couple of months so just a quick question. On the drink driving course the tutor said it will cost £65.00 to apply for my licence back however on the back of the form which I don't have to hand right now say something like "applying after disqualification £65" and then "some drink driving offences £90" so which actually is it?

The fee is £65 to apply for your driving licence after disqualification and £90 to apply for your driving licence after disqualification IF you are classed as a high risk offender.

So unless you are classed as a high risk offender the fee will be £65.
