Started drinking two pints of 4.8 lager at 19.15pm quickly. Then approx 1 hour without drinking. Then between 20.30 and 01.45 when blood sample was taken I had consumed another three 440ml cans of 4% lager. My last drink was approx 11.45pm. This is everything I had drank. So 6.5 hours since first drink. Having completed the BAC calculator result is 0.063. (I am a healthy male, 178lbs, 5ft 10" tall, 33yrs old). I had nothing to eat since around 15.45pm and in between my first two pints and the three cans, I drank around half litre of water. I have tried several BAC calculators online all of which give me a small margin but all under 0.08. I know how difficult it is to predict but are they reasonably accurate. Also would the Police lab variance go in my favour (0.006)? I am so worried about the results. Stupidly I did not take the second sample with me. Any advice or if you have been in similar circumstances please comment, I can not function properly with worry! Thanks!
