Ive had my medical with the dvla doctor, but sed i cant have my licence bk until ive been sober for a year (as went to an in-patient detox). Then the dvla sent me a letter sayin i can re-apply and no need to send a new photo. Do i have to pay to get my licence back or will they still have payment frm prev app?
