Just as a rough guide so people can compare, how high were your insurance costs after getting your license back after an alcohol related driving offense/ ban ?

If you want Include your Age, Gender, Car, Ban length and any other relevant info that might have affected your premiums...

if you look at this thread, you will see plenty of discussion on insurance costs. You will see opinions, which are wild, and you will see facts from me, about genuine insurance costs. Broadly you can expect your insurance to go up by 40%, but you can try to reduce that increase by getting a car that is in a lower insurance bracket, or even go for a classic car.
