I was banned from driving for failling to provide a sample of breath in january 2010. i was told i would be able to reaplly for my license after 2 years even though i was given a 3 year bad. i just wondered if you could explain to me what this means?

yes thats right there is a specific application that can be made back to the original court that imposed the ban, the application is usually based on changes in lifestyle and personal circumstances and can be made, in the case of a three year ban, on the next day that two years have been served. we help a lot of clients get their licence back early in this way so feel free to call if you have any further questions. many thanks
