Hello,
I was banned in October 2008 with a reading around the 90 mark, and was banned for 3 years. As I approach the 1st of October when my ban is up, I have just been offered a job which has resulted in me undertaking 4 and a half hours of commute time via public transport to my new place of work each day. I am now pondering if an appeal attempt would be worth it given I have less than 4 months to go?

- Is there a typical time frame that the court I appeal to has to respond in?
- I am based in Scotland, and is there any suggestions of typical costs for a lawyer to help form my appeal?
