Hi following on from my initial thread where I had a 35mg roadside reading then had blood taken two hours and ten minutes later. I was advised on the forum that in those two hours my reading should have fallen by around 14mg. This would give a reading of 21mg breath which would equate to. 048 in the blood.
If this is correct it's obviously very marginal, so my question is whether Scottish blood tests (in Lothian I think) deduct the 6% margin of error from the results as with England?
I submitted my sample today and intend to enquire with the lab if they give the "actual" results or follow the police labs with the "not less than"
Thanks in advance.
