Hi,
Right where to start!!!
I was convicted in September 2014 for 1 year ban and completed a awareness course reducing my ban to 9 months
Being stupid I was then convicted again in October 2015 and am servicing a 3 year ban.
In October 2016 I made a mistake by taking some alcohol from a neighbours house and am currently serving a 12 month conditional discharge so have not been convicted of the theft.
Due to personal circumstances I no longer live in the area where the convictions happened, I will be happy to discuss this further but not on an open forum.
Prior to getting together with my ex wife I had never been in trouble with the police. I have moved 200 mile away from her and living in a safe house and need to get my life back on track.
Would the above count as special circumstances to get my license back early so I can gain employment
