I was arrested for drink driving yesterday morning (early hours) and blew 44 and 45 on breath analyser. Have admitted that I was driving after crashing my car through a hedge on a country road.
I am a personal liquor licence holder and need this qualification to keep my job. Have had a rough few weeks from splitting up with my partner and having to sell our house etc.....is there anyway I can keep my licence to sell alcohol?

It is not automatically the case that a conviction will result in the revocation of your personal license. When applying for this you are required to disclose any recent criminal convictions and a decision is then made as to whether you are suitable to hold the license. I'm afraid that this is outside my area of expertise and I cannot say how likely it is that a drink driving conviction would result in the refusal of your personal license.
